Sheikh Ahmad Bazie' Al-Yaseen
- Chairman -
Sheikh Ahmad is member of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and was for years on Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Kuwait.
An early pioneer of Islamic Banking, he helped in establishing Kuwait Finance House in 1977, and chaired its Board of Directors till 1993. He chairs the Shariah Board of KFH and several other Islamic banks and financial institutions.
Dr. Khaled Al-Mathkour

Earned a Ph.D. in Islamic Fiqh from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, and chaired for many years the Department of Shariah, then of Fiqh and Shariah Policy at Kuwait University.
He heads the Higher Advisory Committee for Completion of Shariah Implementation, at Diwan Amiri, Kuwait. Dr. Khaled is member of the Higher Planning Council, the Fatwa Committee at the Ministry of Awqaf, and at several other Islamic financial institutions in Kuwait.
Professor Dr.Muhammad Fawzi Faidullah

Earned a Ph.D in Shariah from Al-Azhar University, and was a professor, at Shariah College, Kuwait University, for more than thirty years. He is member of the Shariah Board of Kuwait Finance House and of several other institutions and has produced many authoritative books on Islamic Fiqh.
Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Qassar

Holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Fiqh from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, and is a professor at Shariah College, Kuwait University, where he is also Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs since 2002.
He is member of the Fatwa Committee at several Islamic financial institutions, and has published several academic works.
Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Ibn Abdullah Ibn Aqeel

Graduated from Shariah College, Imam Muhammad University, Riyadh, then worked at the Saudi Fatwa Board and received further tutoring from prominent Shariah scholars. He was for more than 10 years, secretary, then member of Shariah Board of Al-Rajhi Investment and Banking Co; and was also member of its Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and head of its research center. He established and heads since 1987 Dar Al-Taaseel, a research and publishing house in Cairo.
Dr. Muhammed Anas Zarka
Joined TII in 2000 as a advisor, Shariah Compliance, after more than twenty years as Professor of Economics, King Abdul Aziz University. A law gradate, Damascus University; and a Ph.D. in economics, University of Pennsylvania,U.S.A., with intensive training in Islamic Fiqh from his late father Sheikh Mustafa, a prominent Shariah scholar.
He received the Islamic Development Bank Prize 1990, for his scholarly contribution in Islamic economics.
